Yorkshire Wildlife Park

On Thursday we went on our exciting trip to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park. We travelled there by coach and arrived just before the park opened. We saw lots of different animals as we walked around in the morning; meerkats, goats, pink flamingoes, ostriches and lots of lions…

We all sat together eating our lunches, we sat in the beautiful sunshine and had a chat to our friends about what we had seen and what we had got in our lunchboxes…

After we had eaten our lunches we went off to find more animals and saw lots more including; camels, monkeys, a tiger, a leopard, and some really cute wallabies and their babies!

We finished off our visit with a trip to the gift shop where the children were allowed to buy something to take home. After a fun but tiring day we returned to school on the coach. All of the children in Blossom Class behaved well and were a credit to Norbridge.
